Two tiers
Systems Care — $1,500/month
Monthly monitoring and maintenance of the automations, assistants, and workbooks installed in your accounts. A monthly health email that surfaces what changed, what ran, and what needs attention. Fix-it cycles on anything that drifts between months.
For practices that have a working set of systems and want them kept current without owning the maintenance themselves.
Operations Partner — $3,000/month
Everything in Systems Care, plus: a quarterly interactive practice scorecard (the HTML report format, regenerated each quarter against your current intake and billing data), one new automation or tool tune per quarter matched to whatever the quarter’s scorecard surfaces, and a working call each month to set priorities and work through what isn’t landing.
For practices that want someone actively running the operation, not just watching it. Anchored against $4,000 to $7,000/month fractional-COO rates — this is fractional ops without the headcount theater.
How it works
We start with a short call to set priorities, then work in monthly cycles. At the Operations Partner tier, each quarter opens with the new scorecard and closes with a tuned or added automation. Slots are limited so each engagement gets real attention; pricing scales with the number of systems under management.
Who this is for
Solos and small firms that have at least one Build installed and want it actively maintained. Operations Partner is for firms that would rather an outside hand own the operation than add it to their own plate — or that want the quarterly scorecard as a forcing function for continuous improvement.
Starting point
Most engagements begin after at least one System Install. If you haven’t done a Build yet, we can scope both together. The fee for any audit you’ve paid for is credited toward the first month.
