A tuned trust-account scanner that reviews activity and flags the patterns that precede a real problem: commingling, shortfalls, and out-of-order disbursements. A configured reconciliation workbook that keeps client-ledger, trust-ledger, and bank balance in line and surfaces drift the moment it appears.
Everything is installed and tested in your own accounts before handoff — Prevaldi does not hold your trust data. A recorded video walkthrough of the installed system so you and your bookkeeper know exactly what runs and when. Thirty days of fix-it support after handoff so any edge cases surface before they matter.
How it works
We scope the build from a short intake and, if useful, one working call. We configure the scanner and workbook in your accounts and record short training walkthroughs. Turnaround is typically one to two weeks.
