The short version
Free tools cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. A paid audit is a written PDF report. Once we’ve sent it, it’s yours to keep, and like any document it can’t be returned, so a delivered report isn’t refundable. What you can do instead: put half of what you paid toward a Build. And if we ever fail to deliver, you get your money back in full.

A delivered audit can’t be returned
A paid audit is a written report, delivered as a PDF to your inbox. The moment it lands, you can read it, save it, and act on it, there’s no way to give it back. For that reason a delivered audit report is non-refundable, the same way you can’t return a book once you’ve read it. We’d rather be straight about that up front than bury it.
Put it toward a Build instead
If an audit makes the case for the hands-on version, you don’t lose what you spent. A Build is our done-for-you engagement, the next step up from an audit. We’ll credit 50% of your audit fee toward a Build, as long as you book the Build within 90 days of your audit being delivered.
If we don’t deliver, you get your money back
Paid audits are delivered within 48 hours of your intake submission. If we’re going to miss that window, we’ll email you. If we can’t deliver at all, we refund you in full, you only ever pay for a report you actually receive. Refunds go back the way you paid.
