Terms of Service

Last updated: April 12, 2026

Agreement to terms

By accessing prevaldi.com or using any Prevaldi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Prevaldi is operated by Waastah Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of service

Prevaldi provides free AI-powered workflow tools and paid written practice reviews for solo and small-firm professionals. Free tools run in the browser. Paid reviews are delivered as written PDF reports by email.

Not legal advice

Prevaldi is a workflow assistance tool. Nothing produced by Prevaldi — whether by a free tool or a paid audit — constitutes legal advice, accounting advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. All tool outputs and audit reports are informational only and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon or acted upon. We do not provide legal services and are not a law firm.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all tool outputs before using them in any professional capacity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any client information you paste into the tools. You agree not to use Prevaldi for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Content you input into Prevaldi tools remains yours. Tool outputs generated from your inputs are yours to use without restriction. The Prevaldi name, wordmark, design, and website content are the property of Waastah Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Rate limits and fair use

Free tools are subject to rate limits to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access for any user who abuses the service, including automated or high-volume usage that degrades the experience for other users.

Paid services

Paid audits are delivered within 48 hours of intake form submission. If we are unable to deliver within that timeframe, we will notify you by email. Refund requests for paid audits are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment processing is currently deferred; paid offers use a waitlist until a payment processor is enabled.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waastah Technologies (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
